Iron Man Helmet

Built in a cave with a box of scraps

Well, not really. It was a garage with some components and a 3D printer. Way better setup than Tony back in the day.

Quick Facts

Here is an overview of what this project is.

Arduino Nano Powered

Using an arduino nano with custom mounting and routed wiring inside the helmet, it gives a clean but functional aspect of the helmet.

3D Printed

Fully 3D printed in PLA, sanded and painted down for a smoother finish and clean look. Using files from Do3D’s Mark 39 Model.

CrashWorks Based

Using the open source code “Iron_Man_Servo” by crashworks on Github and heavily modifiying for exact and personal use.

Video of Mask Functioning
